Oh, no doubt this is just someone’s little creation (fictional, in other words)...but the sentiment(s) expressed herein are spot-on.

Even if the sentiments are biased and one sided, thanks to a decades long policy that spans numerous presidents of both parties to spend money we do not have. It isn't all Obama, he's just the latest.

I got this same text in an e-mail today.

I remember getting a similar e-mail (but he girl’s name wasn’t Ashley) a little over a year ago.

I have tried to search on Snopes with no success; submitted to Snopes for review.

I like to think that thre is some truth to this letter to a spoiled granddaughter.

I don’t know the background of Urban Legends and whether there are bias charges against them.
