“It will take FOUR YEARS for this to reach the Supreme Court... not gonna happen, once the benefits start flowing.’

The benefits will not be the health care the leeches are used to. They are not going to like it in their “free health care” system.

I don’t think it will take 4 years. How long was Bush v Gore? A week maybe?

No, I really don’t either, at least I hope not.

.
Kristol is right on this; unfortunately he hasn’t a clue what the ‘other’ issues are.

Fortunately, you haven’t a clue what SCOTUS will do.

The requirement to buy insurance is glaringly unconstitutional. (as is all the vote buying that went on; its called bribery)

The better question is “will it be repealed”? No.

Beg to differ...we can "zero out" line item by line item using the "overriding number votes" whereby the presidential veto is overridden.
That will be possible only if we "REPUBLICANS" stick together, have a majority and agree on the most pertaining and significant changes that mostly affect our way of life, to be struck out of the bill.

Further more we need to work with the USSC of the legality of the bill's provisions as written.

I guess not, because I would think the SCOTUS would demand to know if the President is a natrual born citizen and check to see if he can legally use taxpayer money to purchase the largest manufaturing company in the world.

They did do both of those things, didn't they?

nope, they aren’t gonna like it; especially after they have to *wait* for approval of treatment. -Problem is, so will we.
