Ubfortunately taking it to the NYS Apellate Court is a futile effort.
I LOVE summer here: about a third of the folks leave, traffic improves, crime drops, and I can find a parking space downtown. Covered parking is a necessity, however, and the convertible drives with the roof on, not off.
Just win it in November. Nothing like letting the people in the district go without representation.
