I know Coach K is a GOPer, but it makes me sick nevertheless.

No denying Duke? Did you see the score? Duke squeaked out the mildest of wins against a school that has 1/20th of Dukes budget.

“EVERY questionable call went to Duke.”

Sorry, but that is just not true.

Butler had quite a few gifts this last two weeks.

6 months of baseball, yawn. Have they figured out a way to keep each game under 4 hours yet?

Would Hayward’s shot been “The Greatest Shot of All Time”?

My son had Duke in a blind pool. 64-1 odds for $10.

I did not see game, but if true, this makes me sick! - nothing is beyond corruption in these terrible days!

That may be true for the last two weeks, but tonight, almost every questionable call went in Duke’s favor, especially at the end. I could believe that when he threw Hayward down with arms flinging, elbow to the face, and no foul. Zeigler held him on the 2nd to last shot as he circled the paint. Then the non-intentional foul call. Duke played great, but the officiating was clearly slanted toward Duke tonight.

What made me happy about the game is that the court was populated at all times by nothing by the finest in American youth. These were almost all kids from the hinterland — not from the little blue pinpricks on the electoral map. That to me meant a victory either way the game turned out.
