Oh, and I should say that the rockets almost always fell short even at the base of Monkey Mountain. Seems that the Navy did a good job along with the Marines of keeping them far enough away that they did little damage. The worst scare was drunken Marines firing over my barracks at night - but I forgive them, after all, their battle was much worse than mine... Oh for the good ole days...heh.
