I hear ya. But the Arizona requirement will be very hard to blow by legally. Moreover, the MSM will be forced to explain why the Arizona delegation to the Demrat Pres. Convention is missing. The so-called Roll Call is a traditional event. When they skip over Arizona even some otherwise braindead Dems will notice.

You could say the dems will send a delegation anyway. That could happen, but those delegates must be state certified. Without that, they have no legal standing. And it will provide one more example of how The Marxist Onada doesn’t give a fig about any law that gets in the way of or does not advance his agenda.

A very substantive reply. Not.

Call people trolls, don’t address the subject at hand, and run away. Nothing changes on these threads, does it?

I read that thread at the time, it links to the certificate that a prankster took credit for - the one signed by "EF Lavender." I believe you mean the other one, that Lucas Smith showed, the one with the footprint? However WND posted pictures of genuine Kenyan birth certificates from the era, and they don't look like the one with the footprint, either. And yes, there were several significant questions raised about this document.

He also resembles his grandfather, very closely. Did anyone see Stanley pregnant? Anyone testify as to witnessing the birth?

Maybe Stanley got one of those little black 'honeys' pregnant at that bar where Grandpa and Mr. Davis used to hang (literally) out. Then once the baby was born, they had Stanley 'claim' it was hers (and the grandparents put a birth announcement in the paper to make it look good).

Consider that Stanley didn't hang around too much and left the grandparents to 'raise' Barack. The marriage to Obama Sr. seems to have been only to have been a way to make it look good, and hide any question of who the father was.

Marxism loses in the end. Not to mention in the beginning.

Why seek something yet run away from it at the same time?

No, the thread topic was actually the Lucas Smith document. Later I’ll look up a post that explains why the two got confused (hint: Orly). The Smith document had NOT been ruled out by the end of that thread and it is still possible that it is real. It can’t be proved authentic but nothing about it rules that possibility out. If I find the comment, I’ll post a link to you.

It might be a good idea if you would at least try to make sense. Just sayin’.

Oh, it matters, quite a bit. There's no federal standard for Birth Certificates, and no distinction between so called "long-forms" and "COLBs."

Are you sure about that? Apparently, you are wrong.

Section 7211. Minimum Standards for Birth Certificates

•Requires the Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS), in consultation with Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Commissioner of Social Security and others, to promulgate regulations establishing minimum standards for birth certificates.

No but he was born of two US citizen parents. And they were there due to military assignment, so yes McCain is. But to your point about there being questions in both instances, that is probably no accident.

What makes you think he didn’t use those tactics you mentioned? After all, he went over to Kenya, campaigned for his cousin, AGAINST THE LAW BTW, and showed him how it is done.

No, McCain is not natural born if you go by the language in the constitution. He was born in a hospital in Colon which was not on a U.S. military base so he doesn’t get a pass there, either. That’s why there was a special vote to herald him as being eligible during the election campaign. Truth is, he wasn’t and isn’t eligible.

Good catch.

For the Marxist defenders—as usual your ideology is no match for the simple facts.

Are you sure about that? Apparently, you are wrong.

Section 7211. Minimum Standards for Birth Certificates •Requires the Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS), in consultation with Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Commissioner of Social Security and others, to promulgate regulations establishing minimum standards for birth certificates.

That's a regulation for standards, not form. The COLB, in Hawaii, and other states, meets the Federal standard.

By the way, Alvin Onaka, chief of the State of Hawaii Health Department Office of Status Monitoring...

"received the Halbert L. Dunn Award for outstanding contributions to the field of vital and health statistics. He was recognized for a 40-year demographic and public health career at international, national and state levels. He has been at the DOH about 20 years.

State Health Director Chiyome Fukino said, "We are proud that Dr. Onaka has been recognized with this prestigious award and brought it home to Hawaii. Alvin is a national leader in the field of vital and health statistics, and the award is well deserved."

Inspired by the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks, the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2005 contained a subsection called REAL ID to improve the U.S. system for issuing secure identification documents. Hawaii was already working on a process called Electronic Verification of Vital Event (EVVE), and it is piloting a national system, Onaka said.

"You can't travel without a valid ID," Onaka said, and a birth certificate must be used to verify a federally approved ID, driver's license or passport. "There needs to be a system that allows this to occur, and Hawaii is piloting this."

If a person goes to a Social Security office, for example, and presents a birth certificate from Hawaii, the office can input five pieces of information, access a secure database in Hawaii and get a "yes" or "no" answer on whether it is the same information, he said.

"I think we're before our time, but the rest of the world will catch up with us," Onaka said. "It's going to be a reality. ID theft is the most prevalent crime, and others have to have something to combat it."

Onaka said he is also working with passport offices and even the Little League Association on a system to verify birth certificates of the players to prove they are in the right age brackets."
