The easy way to settle all this is just to repeal the federal law which says the illegals are illegal. That way all the local laws trying to enforce the federal law are moot and have no bearing and the feds are absolved for not enforcing the existing laws. Easy fix.

He's a congressman, so he's up in Nov. Up and out, hopefully, although he represents a liberal leaning southern AZ district.
Residents in So. Az. are being shot by Mexican drug runners, so even liberal Tucsonians probably aren't feeling extra warm and fuzzy about this issue. Grivalda is a socialist in practice....a la Raza type.

Check this stat (for which my wife vouches). One border rancher reports in his 18 years living there that
1/2 million illegals have been arrested on his ranch.
Typo ? I asked? No. 500,000...many returned and arrested again, I'm sure, time and time again.

Andrew Napolitano (Fox News) said this afternoon that the Arizona law was unconstitutional in his opinion. Just caught the end of his report, didn’t hear his reasoning behind that opinion. He is usually very good on the Constitution, IMO. Anyone else see it? Searched Fox News website, couldn’t find it. (I hope he is wrong this time, but usually he is not.)
