DES MOINES, Iowa (AP) -- Nine people have been indicted in federal court on charges they accessed President Barack Obama's student loan records while employed for a Department of Education contractor in Iowa.
The U.S. attorney's office says a grand jury returned the indictments Wednesday in U.S. District Court in Davenport.

Neither. When I worked for a state tax commission, I had access to all tax records. What I didn't have the authority to do, however, was look up tax records on a whim, not even my own. They tracked all access, and if it didn't align with your schedule of work, you had some explaining to do.
Heck the information that Obama doesn't want to be revealed may very well be right insight for all to see and everyone is missing it or overlooking it.
So they, the govt., are implying that he actually had student loans? or are they trying to make us THINK he had student loans (thus not paid college with grants, from foreign govt. money, etc)

My guesses:
1. Why did it take so long for a grand jury indictment of these people?
2. They don’t say who these people are (just names and that they worked for ed. dept. contractor - period) really and they don’t sound like Republicans.
3. The story is from the AP.
4. Iowa?
5. Why haven’t we heard anything about this before; why haven’t we heard anything about what they discovered?
If this is a created event, what motive is behind it?

I did just receive this info in an email from a friend who lives in Arizona. It was accompanied by a photo of the Soetoro family, along with a copy of his enrollment in an Indonesian grade school, both of which I had seen here before. That's why I didn't include those in my post. I hadn't seen, nor read the info about the Occidental transcripts, or that it was fake. I didn't try to pass it off as fact. I simply said it had been in an email I received earlier today, and that I didn't know if it was related to the access of his financial aid records.

What makes you think they broke in to steal data. Perhaps, like Brennan’s game, they planted data and need the publicity to ‘leak it’ to the public.

I suspected as much. Seems to me that anything that needs to be found out is going to have to be done by patriots working on the inside like these people. Our side always abides by the rules and that fact gets exploited by the lawbreakers. What we need is a good hacker. We have some of the brightest minds in IT and accessing information...you would think...someone somewhere could dig some fatal info up on this marxist.

I doubt anything even happened. If anything had happened the info would have been leaked online. Axelrod is just playing people.
