The antics of liberal columnist Tom Moran (and the anti-Christie curmudgeon Paul Mulshine Moonshine) are topics of regular discussion here at Save Jersey. Until now, however, no one else has had the intestinal fortitude to put them in their place except for your beloved and revered Blogger-in-Chief.

I love it when smug, stuck-up, self righteous liberal reporters get kicked really hard in the balls; and with no concern about their feelings.
I got ya beat! I watched it 3 times. I really liked watching the young aide's reaction in the background, literally splitting a gut, the first time when Gov Christie said "if you think this is confrontational, then you should see when I'm really pissed", and the second time the young aide had to cover his mouth to keep from bursting out, when Gov Christie said "I could say it in such a way like the last administration and then nobody would understand it".... GREAT video.
I don't know much about this guy at all.... but right now he ranks up alongside Sarah Palin & Michelle Bachmann, in my mind at least. Someone who will take on 0bozo and verbally demolish that commie bastard, along with the MSM that is constantly shilling for him.
Nope. Maryland is in need of him badly.
The gentleman standing behind the governor in the clip is Carey Pilato, the Mayor of Bound Brook NJ. Carey is another Republican who took over a leadership position in a town long run by Democrats and who is trying to clean up the mess they left behind.
Got ya’ all beat - watched it five times, emailed to all of my friends, posted on my facebook account, and emailed to Drudge.
This needs to go VIRAL!
Awesome! I wish he was running NY instead of Paterson.
Hell, in New York, I wish my CAT was governor instead of Patterson.
This is what Arnold Schwarzenegger was SUPPOSED to be like. What a huge disappointment - he only has balls in the movies and his wife owns them the rest of the time.
In fairness, I do think he started out with the right intentions, but soon found out he was out of his league intellectually in the political world.
Being a actor is not the best real world experience for an political position, but conversely, many politicians are excellent actors.
Bumping for later. Thanks for posting!
ping for later
A thrill goes up my leg every time I hear him.
Exactly what the doctor ordered.
The guy belongs on currency.
I thought the exact same thing. I agree with he rest of your post also.
Is there any way to send this to Arnold so he could see what a real Governor acts like?
If Christi stays on the ball, there are higher offices in store.
I’d rather have Miss South Carolina from the 2007 Teen USA pageant running our state at this point.
Have you ever seen Mother Leeds' thirteenth baby boy?
>THAT is what we need from our elected officials!
The Jersey Devil? I thought that was Corzine.
That was beautiful.
Seeing a Republican that actually has a spine gives me hope ... hope that it will spread ... that blunt, direct, OPPOSITION to big government, high taxes, deficit spending will become the norm.
To hell with the media and their lockstep compliance to Democrat politicians.
This is the new breed of Republican. The days of Republicans groveling and appeasing liberals are over.
All new republican or tea party or independent candidates need to address the media in this way. Unfortunately we currently have boys doing the jobs of men, metaphorically speaking of course.
also notice that he did that beautiful response without a telepromter.....
Also, is it just me for does he look a bit like Kevin James? King of Queens and Paul Blart Mall Cop
I’d still like to hang the person/people who inserted him into the middle of our recall. I don’t think I’ll ever get over that anger.
I like to think the Jersey Devil is a good Federalist.
Someone please post a video of the reporter getting ‘bitch’ slapped....he had to have crawled under his chair.
Indeed! I sent this clip around to several friends and relatives, and they all loved it and want Christie for their states.
Clone him twice. Maryland needs a man like him too.
I hope you are right about this being the new norm for Republicans. Since 1988 my family has given probably in the neighborhood of $100K to Republicans and the RNC. That all stopped in 2005 when, finally and after WAY too long, we realized the Republicans had become gutless, squishy, complicit, supplicating nobodies standing for nothing. The party of Graham and McCain ... spineless mealy mouthed go along to get along wastes of space. And yea, I’m pissed because we wasted alot of money for nothing on those clowns.
If Cristy is the new paradigm of Republicanism, I can and will support that.
Re: the lack of a teleprompter — someone saying what they mean and meaning what they say doesn’t need a prompter. It’s been so long since we have seen that we forget, you don’t need to be told what to say if you are being honest and speaking from the heart.
Nicely done! He has good stage presence, too.
I was thinking the same thing. Hey, Ahnold, have a look at this!
Check out Nikki Haley and watch her stump speech. Nikki Haley
The Republican bench is deep.
In the fetal (or would fecal be more appropo?) position.
True dat. I voted Lonegan in the primary, Christie in the general. Very, very, very happy so far.
With sincere apologies in advance for abusing the 10th Amendment ping list but I thought this was just too good to miss.
Antifederalist would be better.
I watched it. It was outstanding. Arnold has been such a failure.
Must see TV.
Wow I have a new hero.
So it would seem. Courage comes in unexpected packages, eh?
You’re right...it was.
Ha ha. He was awesome. Now if only he had handed Tom a pair of big girl panties....
No apology needed, that was great!
I sure wish we had someone like Gov Christie in California, the land of spineless politically correct GOP squishes.
“My dad was like that”
My mom and her family were all from Jersey. I honestly didn’t know there was another way they communicated other than directly and most often in your face and the volume tended to be a little higher than my Dad’s midwestern family.
God Bless Gov Christie!
A conservative commentator once described voting for Gov Christie was like marrying a woman wearing a burqa. You hope the woman under it is not so bad looking. Looks like NJ voters found Miss America under the burqa.
Thinking the same.
“Boy, are we eating crow.”
Guilty. During the race I opined that he was nothing more than the usual warmed over RINO half a fag.
Yes, I like this guy. “The people sent me here to govern, I am not looking for escape hatch” REFRESHING, HONEST. The Republicans have their message for November. Now if they just have the “back bone” to deliver the message.
