God Save the Queen! God Bless the UK!
Cameron is a good man. Mostly a center leftist, but still a common sense man.
Clegg on the other hand is an opportunist.
I pray for all the citizens of the United Kingdom. May God bless you all with good governance and a freedom to exercise your constitutional rights.
What strikes me is how young these people are. I feel really old when the PM, the Deputy PM, and the Chancellor of the Exchequer are younger than me. In Fact, the CotE was born in 1971.
Kenneth Clarke is back in the cabinet again. I thought he'd be too old by now. And he used to be pretty fat back when he was in John Major's cabinet, before Tony Blair took power.
She has all her teeth - did she move to the UK from somewhere else?
But are they for the one world government as the common goal and hell to the people?
William Hague and Iain Duncan Smith are both former leaders of the Conservative Party.
Hague gave the excellent ‘Foreign Land’ speech in March 2001, much derided at the time:
“”Well if there’s one thing above all that sets me apart from Tony Blair, it’s this: I’m not embarrassed to articulate the instincts of the British people.
The governing of this country has drifted far away from the decent, plain speaking common sense of its people. Its time to bring it back. It’s time to bring Britain home.
We have a Government that has contempt for the views of the people it governs.
There is nothing that the British people can talk about, that this Labour Government doesn’t deride.
Talk about Europe and they call you extreme. Talk about tax and they call you greedy. Talk about crime and they call you reactionary. Talk about asylum and they call you racist. Talk about your nation and they call you Little Englanders.
This Government thinks Britain would be alright if only we had a different people.
I think Britain would be alright, if only we had a different Government.””
I can tell already that they have too many ministers and rt. honorables. Nothing is going to change. The British people still believe in the free lunch, just as most Americans do. The so-called conservatives just promise a slower march to destruction.
Fully agree with the comments about William Hague. He seems like a good and decent man, hence his failure to succeed against Tony Blair and his international Socialist cabal.
Here’s hoping he can do well in the current British Government and move up to PM at some juncture.
