Specter may not get his come-uppins tonight, but he will get them in November!

No he will get them along the way on his journey to November.

It may be his just rewards, but at the same time, some of his behavior is worry-some.....

Some people maintain their dem registrations just to make sure the “beatable” dem wins in cases like this...

Just reported that Specter reserved a small ballroom, decorated with American flags and balloons. Other than that, it is currently empty.

What’s reporting so far seems like Philadelphia precincts and Specter is killing Sestak there. Sestak has a lot of ground to make up in the rest of the state. Philadelphia is as liberal a city as there is and if Sestak can’t at least break even there, then he has an uphill climb.

Sestak represents a district in suburban Philly, so he would have name recognition in the city. It’s not like he’s an unknown from Altoona or someplace in the hinterlands of PA. (No offense intended for you Altoonians out there, but you really are in the middle of nowhere-but you probably like it that way.)

Can anybody tell me where I can find the returns for the special election in the 12th District. Strangely, the Pennsylvania Secretary of State site is showing this as a primary (?)

Dems LOVE traitors. Traitors to country, traitors to party... makes no diff. It won’t surprise me at all if Mr. “Not proven” wins tonight.

Rep turnout has to be 20% or so better. Excited voters. No actual counts as to turnout yet.

PA vote totals are heavier in Philly, Spector territory. I feel pretty good about Sestak pulling it out but also have mixed emotions. Specter would be easier to beat in november.

MHO
