The Los Angeles City Council has voted to send an emergency rent control ordinance back to committee, and the move brought a series of outbursts and scuffles with police from angry activists.....

This is a written report on what happened, but the radio report on KFI 640 sounded much worse. Basically, a small mob went crazy when the city council refused to freeze rents on rent controlled properties, and the whole council chamber had to be cleared.
Lately they have not merely been talking about freezing rents, but they are now demanding rent reductions....
When someone said no, they went crazy.

Interesting to watch the look of terror on the faces of the City Council. They had better get a backbone. With 500,000 illegals coming over there from Arizona, they have to find someplace for them to live. Maybe they can take in boarders at their house.
