And right.
I really don't give a rat's @ss what the press thinks.
Folks are wetting their pants over this, so I just turned it upside down.
Would they wet their pants if it happened to Michael Moore?
If not, then they are basing the response on emotion, not law, not morality.
Hypocrisy, basically.
'Tis a puzzlement.
what would be more repugnant would be to move into the house next door to moore on a lake where one might be expected to lay eyes in him in swim trunks with no shirt........imagine getting that image out of your nightmares?
Wow. Nice.
I know what you’re doing humblegunner, but you’re going to be hard pressed to find a viable comparison, primarily because it’s not a cut and dry issue since Sarah has been constantly attacked by the press like no other modern day politician and Wasilla, Alaska is not like moving in next door to someone in Cape Cod, MA on the mainland for example.
LOL.
I would be highly outraged were a writer to move in next door to Sestak who has a young daughter to get a scoop on him. How’s that?
My GOD ReneeLynn!!! What a great tagline, you certainly are gutsy...
Me neither. She earned it. Hell she can build a 30 foot fence for all I care. The joys of living in an area without zoning restrictions.
Agreed. It’s a beautiful location, too.
Yeah it’s a shame she’s forced to build a fence to block the view on one side. Well, when McGinness goes then maybe the fence can go, too. However if I were the neighbor who rented to him I wouldn’t count on any future invitations to any neighborhood moose roasts at the Palin residence.
That neighbor made a major mistake, imho. Imagine alienating someone who may be the POTUS one day. Really, really dumb.
I seriously doubt McGuinniss's book will be either flattering or truthful. More likely it'll be full of opinions masquerading as facts and a lot of snide asides. It will basically be a sop to the Palin-haters and will get a ton of media coverage when its published but will likely not sell all that well because by now, people either like or hate Sarah Palin or are just weary of reading, seeing, hearing leftists whine about her when she is just a private citizen and, unlike Washington politicians, has no power over any American except that of persuasion, which is what angers the left because Sarah Palin energizes people with her speeches.
Joe McGuinniss is being a wise guy and, in effect, harassing the Palin family - but the fence should keep him at bay. His contrived, malicious stunt won't hurt the Palin family and will serve to make McGuinniss look like the tool he is.
Alienating neighbors is pretty dumb no matter who they are.
I can’t disagree. Still, there is “fail” and there is “monumental fail”. This would seem to be the latter.
That would only be a problem if the person in question were so petty as to use the power of the presidency to settle personal scores.
No doubt.
I may not agree with what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it.
In the same vein I would also like to add, as a Freeper, this. Michael Moore, Joy Behar and Bill Maher et al, I destest your rotten intestines, I loath what you are, yet I would not interfere with your private residence, your haven, for any thing.
What a beautiful evening up here in Great Lakes country, as I think how lucky I am. A quiet neighborhood.
Yep!
