All right. Israel stopped the so-called peace activists who tried to enter its territorial waters and deliver arms to terrorists. Israel's semi-unarmed commandos were attacked in a premeditated fashion by armed "peace activists". The world, as usual, is already condemning Israel. Israel now has 600 "peace activists" prisoner. What should be done with them? Conventional wisdom says that they get released so that they may do this again and continue to spout more lies about Israel. After all, Israel can't afford to further anger the countries these people are citizens of, can it? My humble suggestion: Hold kangaroo courts and decide all of these "peace activists" are guilty of aiding and abetting terrorists and give them all 20 year sentences wherein they will be released into the tender mercies of the general palestinian prisoner population in Israeli jails, so that they will see their allies for what thugs they are. As their nations ask for their release, make it known that the only way they will be released is if Gilad Shalit is released by Hamas. Win-Win. They get these activists out of circulation, no more repeats by other so called peace-heros as the cost will be too high, and they break up the alliance between peaceniks and terrorists because it will be in the terrorists' power to effect the release of their allies, but they will refuse to do so. Any nation that would want its citizens freed, would have to make the right squaks about Gilad Shalit, something no nation has been willing to do yet.
Force them to swim home
Drop them off over the Kabaa with feral hogs.
Israel is much, much kinder to the terrorists than I would be. Israel is going to offer them a ticket home.
Force them to listen to Cynthia McKinney speeches, 24/7.
Ariel Sharon should never have signed over Gaza to the Palestinians. Some say that G-d was not pleased with this, and since about 3 weeks after the signing, Ariel has been in a years long coma. This is a sad story.
Send ‘em home in peaces.
I have posted many times, this conflict was ordained since WW2. Shoving Jewish refugees onto an Arab populated area invites cultural/religious conflict. Granted I feel sorry for the Jews after WW2 but being absent nationally from the Holy lands for over 1800 years and then showing up claiming its theirs is inviting trouble with the Arabs living on it. I know, there are freepers who claim there were still Jews in the area, but they were a token presence compared to the Arabs. It is like the Mexicans in the US Southwest claiming that over 150 years ago the area belongs to Mexico and then rush tens of millions of refugees into the area, and using their presence and historical claim to lobby the UN to partition CA, AZ, NM, TX into US and Mexican territories. I guarantee you Americans would have a violent reaction.
Fast forward from 1948, the US is in a quandry. The Arab hatred for Israel and the Jews has gone beyond the tipping point. The US is left to do two things, abandon Israel to witness second Jewish holocaust or let Israel massacre the Palestinians and end this in one winner take all battle. Either way the US is screwed politically in the Middle East. If the US can escape this quandry we should take the lesson to heart. Never, never get involve and make decisions based on feelings. Pro Israel viewpoints in 1948 were warned of the protracted strategic headache by more cooler heads (Such as Sec of State Marshall). We are here today because we did not think carefully in the past. It will take a hoot to solve this one, maybe Revelation is inevitable.
IMO that's a huge part of the problem. If Israel killed more terrorists eventually this problem would solve itself.
The timing is right on for what you said because now Obama is in office and what will he do if an ally is attacked such as Israel? Nothing and they know it then when Israel defends it’s self all hell will break loose. My opinion hope I am wrong!!!
A-rabs purposefully crash planes into buildings and do other horrible things to innocent people. Israelis don’t. I side with Israel.
“Revelation is inevitable.”
indeed , be ready
Let them enjoy PERMANENT peace, six feet under.
ISraelis purposefully kill innocent people and do other horrible things to innocent people. I side with no one.
Put a fence around the whole middle east and wait until either israelis or arabs are left.
If the US took a piece of Germany and let the Jews have a homeland in Europe or the US took a piece of US land and let the Jews have a homeland in lieu of Israeli territory of today, would the Arabs being crashing planes into the US buildings???? Granted after 9/11 it is not emotionally popular to frame this question, but critically it must be addressed
The way the signposts are being waved on the road to the future, I agree.
I think that these individuals could be considered illegal combatants. If they intentionally entered Israeli waters with the intent to commit an act against the state of Israel (such as illegally aiding the Gazans) they could be executed or imprisoned indefinitely.
Israel is rapidly approaching the day when it must go it alone amongst nations and depend on Divine Providence.
Here is another thought. Why not implant these individuals with a tracking device. One can place such a device in an inert location of the body such as a lumbar disc. The lumbar discs can be easily accessed through a metal tube. The procedure takes about 20 minutes with sedation and x-ray guidance. The device could not be removed easily like a device implanted under the skin.
Just think of the possibilities for intelligence gathering.
“ISraelis purposefully kill innocent people and do other horrible things to innocent people. I side with no one.”
Do you have links to support that claim.
I’ve always had a deep interest in Soviet, Nazi, and Arab propaganda and would like to take a look.
