You’re right about this. It may sound sexist but I believe that women are more easily persuaded by emotion than by reason. Obama is nothing but emotion! Touchy-feely bullshit, through and through, and phony to the core.

I know a middle aged woman who voted for 0bama and now she is very dissapointed and mad. I think she now hates him with a passion but she won’t admit it.
There has been quite a bit of research on the phenomenon of single, white women being one of the most consistent, and strongest, voting blocs for the Democrat party. It has held for more than a generation now. And you are correct -- it is a vote based on the concept of security. Single, white women...as a group...vote so strongly Democrat out of the idea that the government is more likely to provide what they consider to be economic security for them if run by the Democrat party. That is the primary driver for their voting habits.
Many of them prefer that the state rather than a man be their provider. Marriage fell off tremendously after Castro took over in Cuba. The same thing has happened in the USA, but more recently.

Ahh no- I am a white woman single by choice. I did not vote for o and I have not figured out how to say anything positive about him. And, I do a pretty good job of taking care of myself, rather than depending on some man. Slick or otherwise.
Again- some paint with a very wide brush when they might do well to find out what they are talking about.
