Former suspect in Natalee Holloway case wanted in Peruvian murder case

Joran van der Sloot, the Dutch man once considered a suspect in the 2005 disappearance of Alabama teenager Natalee Holloway, is the suspect in the killing of a woman in Peru, Peruvian police officials said Wednesday.

There is "incriminating evidence" linking van der Sloot to the killing of 21-year-old Stephany Flores Ramirez, who was found dead in a Lima hotel room Wednesday, Cesar Guardia Vasquez, of the criminal investigations unit said at a news conference.

Joran van der Sloot Found Dead, Apparent Suicide?

Update: The latest at top - he appears to be in northern Chile, possibly headed for Argentina. It's unclear if the blood splatter in the room was from a beating, or a stabbing. One item I found alleges Stephany Flores Ramirez, age 21, was stabbed. But I'm not seeing confirmation of that.

That's why I posted it with the question mark. Oh well, too bad. There's still hope, or maybe it'll give him an idea.
