The former Honolulu elections official who caused a national stir this month when he told WND Barack Obama was "definitely" not born in Hawaii, and that no long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate even exists for the president in the Aloha State is now reaffirming those claims to a network television affiliate.
Tim Adams, the former senior elections clerk for the city and county of Honolulu was interviewed by Gene Birk of ABC affiliate WBKO-TV in Bowling Green, Ky.

Then change the Constitution. The guy does not understand the danger of not following it because it does not reflect contemporary situation. If I can ignore one part of the Constitution because of current events, does that mean in the near future someone can bring back slavery, segregation and etc?

Yes, he is making errors either out of ignorance, by slip of the tongue, or because he was told what to say or else. Case in point: he said that Obama had a "Certificate of Live Birth" issued by Hawaii. No! He has at best a "Certification of Live Birth" which was displayed by his campaign over the Internet, and which has been determined to be a forgery by competent document examiners.
He assures all is well with our govt and we are wrong to question it.

That was a document sworn to under oath. Whoever signed it was committing perjury, and whoever told the signers that he was constitutionally eligible (if in fact he was not) was suborning perjury!!!

It's obvious that Tim Adams, though his initial statement about the lack of the Hawaii long form is probably correct, has no comprehension of the implications of that statement.

Seems as if he was told to say it. Never mind that we have no such objection to millions of other black people who were born in the US and who do qualify constitutionally for President. Furthermore, according to this absurd argument, Alan Keyes would be a (anti-black) racist.

However, he has said he will testify to the fact that Obama has no long form birth certificate, and that it is an open secret in the Hawaiian government bureaucracy Obama was not born in Hawaii.
He is taking marching orders from someone and they are a lie except perhaps not being born in Hawaii.

Hawaii at the time, made it perfectly clear when they handed out Hawaiian birth certification for delayed or foreign born, it was not citizenship.

He may be sly like a fox and be giving just enough information to put the final nail in Obama’s coffin. He may be backtracking out of fear. Like, you can be arrested for talking about private information gathered during the election?
But if he says Obama is a citizen by way of the certification, clearly he is not by Hawaii’s own standards.
I am sick of the racism remarks but I do suppose there are a few who don’t like him bcuz he is black. I saw one man on TV during the elections show his ignorance and say he would never vote for a black man. So there is one I know of. But that type does not want a black president no matter where he was born.

If he testifies some of what he said can be used against Obama whether this guy intended that or not.It’s clear it does not match what obama had his thugs say.

Tim Adams should turn himself in for participating in election fraud in the state of Hawaii.
He comes across as under tremendous pressure and uttering opinions and rationalizations to ease some of that pressure off — he’s scared. Big time. The Obots are not happy.
His initial disclosure is the point, he’s opened the bag, job well done. His further opinions and mumblings are of no consequence.
