How about zero containment. If BP and the government can’t solve the problem they need to tell the truth and look for answers elsewhere. I am not anti-business by any stretch of the imagination, but by golly, I have a sense when the public is being “managed” for a greater political end.

The manifold connected to the choke and kill lines are still delivering oil and gas to the Q4000 where the flares are still going.
