The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Friday shows that 27% of the nation's voters Strongly Approve of the way that Barack Obama is performing his role as president. Forty-two percent (42%) Strongly Disapprove, giving Obama a Presidential Approval Index rating of -15 Overall, 45% of voters say they at least somewhat approve of the president's performance. Fifty-three percent (53%) disapprove.

Yes he was. I see him as getting stronger. Nothing seems to stick and he never quite goes over the edge. The MSM does his bidding and a gullible public laps it up. Very sad for America
If the American team does well, Americans will feel good. When Americans feel good, they tend to give the government credit because they see the gov as the source of all good. If the U.S. team should win the Cup, Obama’s approval would go through the roof.
It is a 3 day rolling average. He recieved as bump from -20 to -13 (for about 3 days). Now things are quickly sinking again, especially since he failed to impress anyone with his recent rhetoric.
Just out of curiosity, what “bump” are you talking about ? Seems like he gets these bumps intermittently for no reason whatsoever.

Don’t worry, the first two months of his Presidency he was 65-60% approval. It’s a little comforting to me that in spite of the garbage being shoved down the throats of the general public by the MSM ( other than fox ) people are beginning to see the truth. A 20 point drop while being propped up by most of the media is pretty substantial. Give them a chance, they are wising up (some never will, though).
An this is after most "pundits" panned the speech. Its amazing to me that just watching this emptysuit actor on TV can sway 3 or 4 percent of the electorate at a given moment. Astonishing.
