Ping!
drop steele now
He should have stepped down after he voted for Obama. But hey that’s just me.
The time to broom Steele was in March or April. This is typical Republican suicidal behavior.
He voted for 0bama? I hadn’t heard that one.
Cindie
Thank you, Liz.
I don’t know why Steele hasn’t had sense enough to resign all on his own by now. That’s what you do when your play is hurting the team.
Steele is an example of what happens when people elevate individuals to certain status based on the color of their skin. I think too many folks out there were enamored with the idea of having a black man in a senior position within the RNC instead of considering his character and qualifications.
Then again, can anyone tell me anything different about Obama?
If Liz Cheney calls for it, that’s more than good enough for me.
Steele is the embodiment of the failed RINO mentality, which believes if we ‘play nice’ with the left, they’ll let us win sometimes. It’s the same as Obama’s foreign policy, which only projects foolishness and weakness.
I have been declaring this for months. This guy is a worthless POS as far as the GOP goes.
Steele should have stopped with the initial comment before going Harry Reid all over.
DOUBLE Bingo!!!
he’s not doing any good for the GOP that’s for sure.
I can’t remember seeing a political figure melt down faster than Steele. I say this having watched Steele appearances on talking head shows for years. Prior to him becoming head of the RNC, I don’t remember him ever being off target.
After him becoming head of the RNC, I don’t remember seeing him on target.
“They’re criticizing me because they’re racists.”
That was basically the last straw for me. If you have that much of a Democrat mindset to the core, it’s impossible for you to represent me or Conservatism.
Michael, just like any other human independent of skin color, it’s your actions that have bought you all this disdain. Step down.
Because in his mind, it's not about serving others, or about advocating unwavering political principles. It's about serving himself. He'll say or do what's expedient to retain the perks.
He'll "adjust" or promise to adjust, rather than resign. The only way he's going out is by being forced out.
Same goes for the politicians.
IMO Steele is playing for his “brotha’s” team.

It SHOULD be that cut and dry. November should be a bloodbath for dems. Unless we are spending all our time diddling with Steele. Clean house NOW>
Where were the ‘good’ GOP leaders like Liz Cheney, when Steele met with the open borders lobby assuring them he was behind amnesty recently??? They should have demanded his resignation then.
Steele and Obama were picked for the very same reason. Now that that isn’t too popular today...they both should resign.
