In an EXCLUSIVE interview on “This Week,” Senator John McCain, R-Ariz., invited President Obama to the Arizona border.
“[Sen.] Jon Kyl and I invite the President to come to the Arizona Sonora border. The violence is incredibly high,” McCain said. “The human smuggling and drug cartels are at a level of violence where 23,000 Mexican citizens have been murdered in the last few years. … There is a level of violence which has increased to a significant degree which makes the situation far different than it was in 2007,” he said.
“We have to secure the borders,” McCain said. “We can get it secure then we can move on with comprehensive immigration reform. But I invite the President to come to the border and he can see for himself the absolute necessity of getting our border secure.”

Lying old fool. He KNOWS how bad it was in 2007...he did NOT care! And not one word about the thousands and thousands of dead Americans, like Rob Krentz, murdered in his home state, not to mention our consulate employees.

McCommie is a POS who has no clue what it’s really like on the border. Honestly, I’m not even sure how often he’s personally lowered himself to visit the actual border (not just BP or city offices). And even if he had, he’d have to stay awhile, talk to ranchers, see the trash, the rape trees, etc.
We saw a billboard yesterday north of Tucson with his mug on it, claiming he’s for border security. *vomiting*
I’m generally a big Palin supporter, but this new “first secure the border” nuance from the McCains of the world has me worried about her approach of securing the border before discussing anything else on immigration.
Even Obama claims not to ‘support amnesty’ because he says he’d require back taxes and fines. I hope the Native American streak in Todd’s family hasn’t somehow led her to reflexive Latin American sympathies—whether or not illegality is involved.

EXACTLY! McCain wants amnesty. Securing the border is only PART of the solution. Illegals still come in on tourist visas and just stay. We need to enforce ALL immigration laws that you suggest.
