Feds sue to block Arizona illegal immigrant law >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Propaganda Headlinnes? SICK! There is nothing illegal about Arizona's law, it fits chapter and first into the Constitution and current immigration law. Arizona's law is not illegal, merely politically incorrect to the left. You can read it here: http://www.securetheborder.org/ ( Click "Read The Law" top tab) Also Fundraising: http://www.keepazsafe.com/

This is nothing more than a temper tantrum from the Usurper’s angry Marxist partners. Even it gets to the SC I’m reasonably certain it will be beaten back by the court.

Gotta love watching the left go nuts as it has lost the majoprity of voters after only 2 years of power. They know the illegal vote is absolutely a must if they’re to retain any semblance of power. Oh, and they’ll also need the pervert and felon vote as well.

I guess the thing that I really can’t get my arms around is the people who call themselves Christians and Jews—otherwise known as useful idiots—voting for this swill.

GREAT. Jan will counter sue Obama amd ask the court to issue an order of mandamus that the president observe and perform his constitiutional duty to keep the nation safe prusuant to Article 9, Section 4 of the Constitution which states, "The United States shall guarantee to every state in this Union a republican form of government, "and shall protect each of them against invasion..."

Arizona is being invaded.

>> Then, I presume, any state law that requires enforcement of a federal law will be null and void ...

I wouldn’t be surprised if the Fed is secretly hoping to lose this case.

Maybe the birthers are right ,obama was born in kenya . that makes him a terrorist. That would at least explain his actions . No American would do what he has done to this country .

I would think that the unalienable right of citizens to self defense trumps the federal authority granted by citizens to defend them. How can a federal power given by the citizenry be considered above that which necessarily premises it?

IF citizens do not possess the right to protect themselves then HOW exactly does the government rightly possess such powers to act? Where does this defense of citizens premise derive from if NOT from unalienable rights?

It seems that this question of authority is premised upon just who is subject to who.

It is a question over whether America is a nation of laws or people. Whether Americans are citizens that grant government limited powers premised upon primarily upholding their rights versus American as subjects under a government that grants and dictates their rights via picking and choosing which laws to enforce or ignore...

You’ll notice today not one flaming after-birther has commented on this thread or ones like it. Not one. A rat may possibly see this post and “to try” and ‘prove’ me wrong.

I am outraged. And I am delighted.

Outraged, for reasons which should be obvious. But delighted, too, because the Obama Administration is committing political suicide before our eyes.

I’m not sure I get this.

AZ’s law is unconstitutional because immigration law is federal law? Does that mean police can’t enforce any federal law? AFAIK, the cops do NOT have to call the FBI any time someone breaks any other (non-immigration) federal law in front of them, they arrest them right there. How should this be any different?

And for that matter, where does citizen’s arrest fit into this?
