First Lady Michelle Obama brought renewed energy to the NAACP today, delivering the keynote speech at the annual convention one day before the nation's largest civil rights group is expected to condemn what it calls racist elements in the Tea Party movement.
The nation's largest and oldest civil rights organization will vote on the resolution Tuesday during its annual convention in Kansas City, Mo.
In her speech, the first lady focused on the issue of childhood obesity and her "Let's Move" initiative, but outside of her remarks, anti-Tea Party activism has been a key focus of the gathering, which conservative leaders say is driven solely by a political agenda.
Tea Party members have used "racial epithets," have verbally abused black members of Congress and threatened them, and protestors have engaged in "explicitly racist behavior" and "displayed signs and posters intended to degrade people of color generally and President Barack Obama specifically," according to the proposed resolution.

Her words and actions, Obama’s words and actions, Holder's words and actions, all seem to stem from a motivation for ‘payback’ for injustices they haven't experienced, and against people who aren't responsible. You can't have race baiters like Jackson, and Wright, and too many others telling people that they have been oppressed, and are victims, and not expect those same people to harbor hatred and anti-white racism.

Yep—they lie. The Tea Party was NEVER about race, ethnicity or gender. It’s about restoring the Republic back to it’s constitutional roots. Anyone is free to hop on the TP train ride -— destination conservatism!

It’s a shame you are put between a rock and a hard place. It shouldn’t be that way. It is the black conservative who tends to be most educated, well adjusted and content so the African Americans who cry racism and feel they are being held back by the white man, or by the conservatives in general are shooting themselves in the foot when they do because they are alienating those amongst their race who have the most to offer, who’ve had the most success and have achieved exactly what they wish they could. When they degrade you, it is because they envy you. They envy the fact that you are part of functioning society (what they like to call “white” society which does indeed speak volumes about their self loathing issues I guess) They envy the fact that you don’t walk around with all the hatred in your heart that they must live with on a daily basis. These are people who actually welcome segregation. They don’t want to be equal, they want to be special. But that is not what this country was founded on. And no race is superior to another. Such a basic concept to understand, maybe only if one is a theist?

I don’t think it took anything for Michelle to be out there and speak HER MIND....she is after all the mouthpiece behind him...she’s been itching to get in the political action...likely they’ll shut her up as before...
