The Sestak-Toomey race in PA is at a dead heat.

Add in voter fraud & intimidation at the polls, and I’m not at all sure the Dems will be thrown out in November.

Dumb in the long term sense. But shrewd in the short term - Too many people are on the take (corruption in government wed to entitlement mentality of the voters).

You’re “nervous” because of what, 2 polls of “registered voters” that show statistical ties? Watch the money race in PA and FL, Toomey and Rubio are on a roll that Sestak and “Good Time Charlie” will never match.

The Sestak-Toomey race in PA is at a dead heat.

If a flaming, lying lib like Sestak wins in Pennsylvania, after that flap and his subsequent obfuscation about the job offer from 0bama, then it's clear that state is a lost cause, a la CA and NY.

Watch Rasmussen and Survey USA, they’re polls of “likely voters” as opposed to Quinnipiac’s “registered voter” polls. Toomey is doing well, and raising a hell of a lot more money than Sestak. Also, the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee has already spent their entire allotment of $1.6 million in coordinated expenditures in PA. They spent it all on Specter in the primary, whereas the Repubs have spent $0 of their allotted coordinated expenditures in the same race, that is a huge advantage for Toomey. Lastly, the US Chamber of Commerce is currently running a scathing tv ad campaign against Sestak, look for many more to come.

Toomey is leading among “likely voters,” and no, PA is not anything like NY or CA, the Repub candidate for Governor in PA is on a roll and is likely to win. PA 2010 will go the way of NJ and VA 2009.

Here is the problem, they should not be embarrassed, they should be furious!

Add in voter fraud & intimidation at the polls...

I'm sure these will be primary components of the Demonrats' "winning strategy." There's no chance of their winning without them.

With all the recent and looks of a landslide of MSM turning against nobama with a little expose here another little expose there, look for him to go and stay below -20.
Dems are breaking out the machine guns for their circular firing squad.

Yes they are. The Fabian tactics were working fine for them, with complete acquiescence from te GOP, but now the Demolition Party has set off all of the alarms.

I cannot stop laughing at your picture of angry Muslim woman in front of the blurred approval index. Thank you. Why I find it so funny I do not know, but I literally cannot stop laughing. I guess I see people react to summer fluctuations of this poll and kind of get the gist of it. Again, thank you ... I really need stuff like that right now :-).

The Sestak-Toomey race in PA is at a dead heat

Toomey’s ads are right on-target though. Sestak is a LIBERAL with a LIBERAL voting record that mirrors NANCY PELOSI 99% of the time, and he is most assuredly not Pro-Life.

Bob Casey won by pretending to be a Social Conservative who would still bring home “our share of the Federal Goodies” to PA. Sestak can make no such claim. San Francisco-style Libs just do not do well here outside of very urban pockets of Philly and Pittsburgh.

I certainly hope you're right. I just find it disturbing that a lib freak like Sestak has gotten as close as he has. Also fresh in my mind is the fact the now-dead John Murtha repeatedly disrespected his constituents to the point they should've booted his a$$ out in 2008 and polls at that time indicated they just might, but voters instead gave him an 18% margin of victory. Ditto for the former mayor of Hazelton, who led for months in poll after poll against Kanjorski, but ended up losing there as well. And, of course... always lurking in the shadows is the strong likelihood of vote rigging in Philly. If Toomey is to have a chance to win, it'll have to be by a large margin.

But, for some of the reasons you mention and others:

1) Toomey’s wildly successful fundraising

2) The fact that the DSCC has already spent their entire allotment of $1.6 million on coordinated State expenditures in PA, they spent it all on Specter, and the GOP hasn’t spent once cent of their allotment yet.

3) Sestak’s voting record

4) And most importantly Corbett’s, the Repub nominee for Governor of PA, strong showing in the polls to date should push Toomey over the top nicely.

Lastly, check out the latest Generic polls on RCP (link below), TIME has the Dems +1 among “Adults” and Bloomberg has the Repubs +8 among “Likely Voters,” two bad harbingers for the Dems’ chances this Fall.
