Read the article and I still don’t know on what grounds she is suing. What did she lose that going to court will make her whole? “Took her comments out of context” is pretty weak gruel in my book for grounds to sue. Maybe its a black thing I wouldn’t understand? Beyond me.
For what cause of action? Defamation? No. She said it all, even if it wasn’t complete. I’m not aware of anything false that was posted. Also an issue of whether she’s a public figure.
It will never happen. Her racism and Obama’s would come out too much. Sour grapes.
