I’ve seen the lady at the link.
The thread is better WITHOUT pictures.

I got an idea....lets start a computer company, and just for kicks, we'll hire 20,000 people in India, that can barley speak English for our telephone support team...Think of the money we'll save!
Just teach them all to keep repeating, "I so sorry".
Dude, you gotta Dell from hell!

Ya gotta be stupid to buy a Dell.
It’s part of the requirement.

I’m not sure US customer support would be capable of swinging that if they tried.
To: topher
Look, the tech is a crook and a scumbag, but...she actually paid her own money to buy him a new laptop?
They’re both idiots.

On Valentine's Day he told her he had fallen in love with a young woman in Tennessee who had also called Dell tech support. LOL!
Fitzgerald later discovered he shipped $800 worth of Dell computer gear to the woman's home in Waynesboro and billed it to Fitzgerald's Dell credit card
Go Dell!

Being naive is a Dell purchase requirement.

Did she break her arm or wrist banging on the wall after hanging up with the Indian tech?
To: dragnet2
But then you have to hire 20,000 people from China to build the computers.
You pay the people in India 75cents an hour and you pay the people in China 5 cents an hour.
And then you make people in both countries work under slave conditions (which is what I understand is true of Dell employees in those countries).
But then HP does one better, they don't hire just Techs from India, they hire Engineers from India and China to do their computer work...

I own a support company and we provide all of our solutions from companies that are US based and staffed by US employees/citizens. It might cut into our margins a little but it is simply the right thing to do... We tell our clients that if they have a problem we can’t resolve remotely the same tech they start on the phone with will probably be the person that shows up at their door.
How can these companies stand behind their products and services if they don’t know the people that are responsible for delivering them??

This thread now has a picture.
Unless she’s hiding something important, I’ve seen enough.
In fact, earlier today, I saw a blogpimp that was more stimulating, in a prurient, trashy sort of way.

“Yes, YOUR health records are or will be in the hands of cheap labor in India and you have no say about it.”
It ain’t just your health records. If you get your credit checked or make a credit card transaction one of the biggest corporations to offer this service has off-shored your financial information to India. I won’t name names.

In 1995 I bought a Dell...Never again...A sad offensive experience. HP? Never had one....
And then you make people in both countries work under slave conditions (which is what I understand is true of Dell employees in those countries
No doubt...It's all about dirt cheap labor......These companies are pitiful.
