Stopping the drug cartels is impossible, unless drug prohibition is eliminated. They make millions off a product that is in high demand in this country. Whenever there is a demand for something, someone will try to fill the supply.

Unless you have a great idea on how to defeat this basic principle of economics, which is why I asked.
