I understand what you are saying but they can impeach him, putting him on trial in front of America, but not remove him from office. Like they did with Clinton. By doing this it would bring out everything he has done to ruin our country. Once he is impeached, I would think he would be powerless.

Good point.

Impeachment and removal from office are, of course, two different processes. I should have specified that I did not want to see him impeached and removed from office --- and please accept my apolgy for assuming you meant "removed from office" when you wrote "impeached".

Someone has done some brilliant work on those maps!

Especially the historic maps that show the dramatic shifts!!!

Great maps! Looks like the Dems owned the east coast, west coast, and with the help of Obama’s Chicago machine, a large chunk of the upper Midwest. The rest of the country didn’t buy the phoney hope & change. Interesting observations on his victory in 08 in the article as well.

The country is divided along a rural-suburban/urban divide.

This election was stolen in the cities, which is where AL Franken’s votes, also miraculously appeared.

Which is why Holder’s DOJ failure to prosecute voter intimidation is so greivous.

We need a Voter’s Bill of Rights, as substantial as the original Civil Rights Bill, proving for identification of voters, cleanup of voter rolls and regularzation of the voting process.

This is something that the Tea Party Movement should embrace as part of its return to First Principles.

The Civil Right Greivance Industry Appartous within the DOJ ought to be redirected to this end.

The GOP ran a RINO. It’s no surprise that many GOP-heavy counties voted for the fraud Obama, considering the RINO they had for the GOP.

The only thing McCain did right was select Sarah. Without her on the ticket, McCain would have lost in Mondalean fashion.

Spitting mad, that’s where Bozo is headed. All the smooth cool guy goes out the window- bring on the psycho- burn baby, burn.

As a woman, I truly agree with your intuition.

The American public is going to see the meltdown of a President, and then we will enter new territory in attempting to deal with it.

The administration deserves enormous credit. It accomplished as much as it possibly could with a fragile 60 votes in the Senate

Fragile?

The last time Republicans have had 60 votes in the Senate was in 1909. The most the GOP has had since 1931 is 55. And, in those last 79 years, the GOP only had 55 Senate seats for 3 congresses (6 years). The Bush tax cuts were passed by a 49/51 Democratic Senate.
