The Judge’s decision came from his own homosexual proclivities, as the Judge is a known homosexual.

At the very least, he should have recused himself.

When Bill Ayers had gay sex with males in the Weather Underground, he says it was an act to “smash monogamy”.

The horse looks dead and flogged now but many of the libtards may still be sleeping off last night’s “fun” or at the doc’s getting their AIDS cocktail.

Barack Obama is the Fresh Prince of Bill Ayers.

I saw that on FR a while back but can't remember who posted it.

No is 93%. I’m guessing not a lot of votes have been cast.

Why bother with a poll when all those votes didn’t phase anyone either?

No matter how few agree, I have to stick with the libertarian view that if it does not hurt others, then it is nobodies business. Stable gay relations are a lot less costly to the health care system than wild promiscuous unprotected gay sex.

CA needs a sore loser law.

The state has I & R for decades now.

Why bother to spend so much money on a ballot/vote and then go to Court if you lose.

What’s up with that!!!!!!

And the judge is a corrupt, un-American, sorry excuse for a human being.

“if it does not hurt others, then it is nobodies business”

Huh? Do you even understand how changing the thousands year old definition of marriage totally changes our society? Do you understand the tremendous cost of AIDS on our health care system and the high level of suicide among those with same-sex attraction disorder? I don’t think the solution is to legitimize perversion and sanction it with state and federal rights. That is pure insanity.

How does affirming the traditional definition of marriage as being between one man and one woman deprive homosexuals of the ability to have stable relationships?

I thought it was kinda queer that he didn’t recuse himself from the case, for having a conflict of interest.

Something squirley going on - voted and results showed:

16 Yes
84 No
0 Undecided

Then it suddenly changed to:

11 Yes
89 No
0 Undecided

Wonder where all the undecided went? Must be another one of those unscientific polls.

“No matter how few agree, I have to stick with the libertarian view that if it does not hurt others, then it is nobodies business.”

A lot of people will agree with that, even a lot of conservatives. The biggest problem I have with the Vaughn Walker ruling is that it is based on such distorted constitutional reasoning. If the 14th Amendment can be used to justify the nullification of the Defense of Marriage Act, then it’s hard for me to see how it can’t be twisted to justify the nullification of almost any law. If you don’t get your way, you just change the rules, that’s the liberal way of doing things.

Yeah, because now that they can get “married”, all of a sudden they’re going to stop having that wild promiscuous, unprotected sex. Please.

And that is why I could never support libertarians anymore than I do liberals. They are of the same stripe in most cases except when it comes to guns. Then I agree with them. But they are also for abortion on demand, same sex marrage, open borders, legalization of all drugs and many other things that are harmful to America.

I used to consider myself a libertarian until I went to their site and saw what they really were for. I could never call myself a libertarian again.

NO now at 94%.

That's a SUPER majority.
