I could not imagine sending my 12 yr old(just turned 12 in July) daughter to camp for a month and then taking vacations with a sibling. A month is a long time to be away from parents.

There is something very odd about Malia's disappearance. Grandmother is off the radar screen too. Perhaps she has been banished with Malia or perhaps she is the chaperone.
