Obama says he Ignored Beck rally

Obama says he ignored Beck rally

He seemed intent on casting himself as above the political fray, saying he had more important work to do than to engage in the back and forth of the political “silly season.”

For example, Obama said he did not watch any of Fox News Channel host Glenn Beck’s “Restoring Honor” rally Saturday on the National Mall.

“It’s not surprising that somebody like a Mr. Beck is able to stir up a certain portion of the country. That's been true throughout our history,” he said. But “I’m making decisions that are not necessarily good for the nightly news and not good for the next election, but for the next generations.”

“Snif sniff, Mr. Beck and his hundred thousand odd malcontents are beneath our notice. Let ‘em drink tea.”

Is it just me, or does this guy sound like Little Lord Fauntleroy moved into the White House?

I say baloney. He only said he ignored the event so he won't have to answer any questions.

"I can't spend all my time with my birth certificate plastered on my forehead,” he added..."

This is a great quote - very telling. I actually think he wants everyone to spend all their time with his "birth certificate" plastered on their forehead.

Well of course he did. He ignores Americans and does whatever the heck he wants! We witnessed it first hand over the healthcare bill, to name one isnstance. Why did this reporter even feel the need to ask something we all know the answer to.

He ignores at his and his party’s peril.

After Zeroman appeared on The View, Neil Cavuto observed that Obama first claimed to never listen to any of the criticism but then proceeded to enumerate every critical thing that anybody ever said about him.

FOFL!!
