A Month in the life of George W. Bush (News and many Photos) September 2005
georgewbush-whitehouse.archives.gov/news ^ | September 5, 2010

The month of September 2005 was a very busy month for President Bush after Katrina came on land at the Gulf coast and damaged the area. We see President Bush and First Lady Laura visiting New Orleans and other affected areas in Louisiana and Mississippi to comfort the victims of the hurricane and bring aid
The country lost Chief Justice William Renquist who passed away on September 3, 2005
President Bush nominated Judge Roberts to become the next Chief Supreme Court Justice. On September 29th Justice Roberts was sworn in as the 20th? Supreme Court Chief Justice.
President Bush remembered 9/11 heroes at a Medal of Valor ceremony. He also met with several foreign leaders and addressed the Useless Nations
For the quote of the month I have chosen President Bush’s Remarks which he gave at the National Day of Prayer and Remembrance Service on September 16, 2005

Just saw that Piers Morgan interview with the Dalai Lama. Piers looked shocked and stunned when the Dalai Lama told him that GWB was his favorite president. Not so surprising since the Dalai Lama has had a very good friendship with Pres. Bush over the years. GW and the Dalai Lama have such mutual respect with each other despite their differences.

So take that Piers and the rest of the leftist press! Not all world leaders hate President Bush, nope quite the contrary!

Dr Siegel, one of the medical contributers to Fox News was about 15 minutes before the show ended on Fox and Friends and reported from Amarillo, TX about President Bush’s yearly bike ride with the troops. The ride, I believe will this time go through the Palo Duro Canyon which is near Amarillo

As I posted in post# 2743 that Dr Siegel, one of the medical contributers to Fox News was about 15 minutes before the show ended on Fox and Friends and reported from Amarillo, TX about President Bush’s yearly bike ride with the troops. The ride, I believe will this time go through the Palo Duro Canyon which is near Amarillo and a few minutes ago I checked out the Amarillo Globe News and found a couple of photos of the bike ride

Thanks Kaslin. I have seen a few photos of the ride on Twitter and elsewhere. Just read that President Bush did an interview for the local ABC affilate station in Amarillo. I’m going to see if I can get a hold of the online video later. Should be plenty of good photos posted on GWB’s Facebook page and I’ll try to post as many of them here tomorrow,

Bye for now! :)

That looks like the kind of duty some Secret Service would gladly volunteer for!
Probably a long line waiting.
