No, not at all. But they are saying that it doesn’t matter that she wins this. The RNC will ‘pull funding’ if she wins....so she loses....

If they try that, there will be a nationwide call by the Tea Party organizations to donate directly to her campaign INSTEAD OF sending ANY money to the RNC EVER AGAIN.

A Patrick Henry moment, and I hope he enjoyed it as much;

http://americanrevwar.homestead.com/files/henry.htm

As a member of the Congress, Henry was an outspoken advocate of strong measures of resistance. At a meeting of the Virginia assembly (right) in Richmond on Mar. 23, 1775, he called on the colonists to arm themselves, with the words:

” . . . as for me, give me liberty, or give me death!”

Soon after, he led the militia of Hanover to force Governor Dunmore to
surrender munitions belonging to the colony.

Coons is the New Castle County Chief Executive. He got the job when the Feds prosecuted his predecessor. Interestingly, the predecessor beat the rap and tried to take back the job in the Dem primary, but his fear and power where gone.

His main claim to fame as boss is that he spent the huge surplus his predecessor built up in just a few years. So he’s definitely vulnerable there. Coons has no charisma and like Castle, he really hasn’t been in any real tough races yet (the Castle GOP didn’t bother to run anyone against Coons in the last general election).

Yeah, his predecessor was strange — a Democrat who treated his offices as personal property but never raised property taxes and kept spending increases down enough to have big surpluses.

At 81%, gotta be game-set-and-match with the lead she has.

If it was 50.1% to 49.9%, then I'd say it's too close.

But if anything, there might be military absentee votes to come in (later), and I would have to feel that they would favor Christine.

I think the Fat Lady needs to warm up QUICKLY!

All that supposed wisdom and they couldn't see the wave of charisma that the grass roots of conservative America had within it.

81% of the vote counted and she leads by 8% (3,892 votes)!

It's about time to sing that tune Don Merideth used to sing on Monday Night Football when the game was no longer in doubt but there was still some time on the clock:

Turn out the lights
The party's over
They say that all good things must end.
Let's call it a night the party's over
And tomorrow starts the same old thing
