Full statement by John Cornyn, head of the NRSC:
“Let there be no mistake: The National Republican Senatorial Committee – and I personally as the committee's chairman – strongly stand by all of our Republican nominees, including Christine O'Donnell in Delaware.
“I reached out to Christine this morning, and as I have conveyed to all of our nominees, I offered her my personal congratulations and let her know that she has our support. This support includes a check for $42,000 – the maximum allowable donation that we have provided to all of our nominees – which the NRSC will send to her campaign today.
“We remain committed to holding Democrat nominee New Castle County Executive Chris Coons accountable this November, as we inform voters about his record of driving his county to the brink of bankruptcy and supporting his party's reckless spending policies in Washington.
“In the weeks ahead, we will decide where to best allocate additional financial resources among the large number of competitive races at stake this November. While it's not in Republicans' interest to advertise our spending strategy to our opponents, it's worth noting that just yesterday, the NRSC's first independent expenditure ad aired in support of Dr. Rand Paul's campaign in Kentucky, where we firmly believe that he will win in November.
“It remains to be seen whether national Democrats will provide a similar level of support for many of their nominees, including in key battleground states like Indiana, Ohio, Florida, Arkansas, Illinois, and New Hampshire, among others. The Democrats' indecision reflects the fact that Republicans are on offense in at least 12 Democrat-held states and we are leading in the polls in seven of those 12 states.
“Finally, on the matter of the New Hampshire Senate race, while the results remain outstanding, we continue to monitor the Republican primary race, and we stand ready to fully support whichever candidate is chosen as the nominee.”
Republican officials said as the votes were being counted the party would not come to her aid if she won the primary, citing a string of disclosures about her personal finances and other matters. The state party chairman, Tom Ross, said recently she "could not be elected dogcatcher."
Hey Tom Ross, she just beat your candidate. What does that say about his electability?
I am sick of RINO’s... and they wonder why they lose and can’t get their message through. Wishy-washiness turns people off. The pollsters and the GOP establishment have no pulse on the country... they (GOP) are trying everywhere to co-opt the TEA Party and they don’t even get it. It isn’t only about the RATS, but the milquetoast emasculated RINO fools like Lindsay Graham that are also about to hit the unemployment line... The GOP was also behind TARP, let’s not forget that. I won’t settle down until every one of their butts is fired, tarred and feathered, and where applicable, jailed.
“Hell hath no fury like a RINO scorned.” but they will be no match for CONSERVATIVES with fire in their bellies.

What good is having a GOP senator who supports the Obama agenda. Better to go with a nominee who is against his agenda then running candidates on both tickets that more or less support it.

That's what I've been doing for over 3 years now.
In my calculus, the hypothetical GOP senator would approve of those federal actions. "Have to vote like a DEM to get a seat from that state." Screw that, let the DEMs sink the ship. And if the GOP can't block legislation with 41 firm NO votes in the Senate, something more serious is amiss, and the eventual "reset" will be more complicated.
As it is, either the federal government shrinks, or the constitution dies.
The last vote I regretted was McCain/Palin - and I gave that one out of respect for Palin. I blank vote Snowe/Collins. I won't vote for an elitist bitch or prick, no way, no how.

Remember when it was revealed the GOP had only 1/2 the money of the Democrats.
Could it be that they GOP does not have ANY money to support them so the GOP is just doing triage to conserve resources?
IOW the big shots get the money.
