The man has no shame whatever. If I wasn’t tempted to break him into itty bitty pieces, I’d be laughing.

I am disappointed that my Republican colleagues put partisan politics ahead of the best interests of the men and women who courageously defend our nation. Did Reid actually say this with a straight face?

I don’t know why the democrats even bother with stupid statements like this. Nobody believes the GOP is trying to harm the military yet these idiots make these childish claims like clockwork.

Republicans Shamelessly Standing Between Our Troops and What They Need To Do Their Jobs,Keep Us Safe"I'm Harry Reid, and I just want to say never mind what's behind the curtain. The tax payer funded illegal college bill and the taxpayer funded abortion bill attached to this means nothing. It's about our troops. Yeah, the troops. That's what this bill is really about.
I said ... DON'T look behind that curtain!"
To: mdittmar
Some of the news wires are saying that Harry Reid privately knew this wouldn’t pass, but his intent was to “fire” up the demorat base.
Desparate times show what a whore Reid is. Prostituting himself for power.
To: mdittmar
Anybody who thinks Democrats give a crap about our troops for anything more than occasional use as a patriotic fig-leaf won't find their way to a voting booth anyway.
But in this case, the Slave Party has broadened it's horizons and found yet a new way to make use of the military: Hiding their thug agenda deep in appropriations bills in time of war.
"Cynical" has found a new nadir. Way to go Harry.

Are we sure this will make troops less safe? Hasn’t seemed to hurt the Israelis.

For those who think there is no difference between the two parties....Do you think a Republican controlled Senate would have added DADT and the Dream Act to a military appropriations bill?
Just asking?

Odd, he doesn't mention buggery and niños ilegales as things the military desperately needs. This bill would have passed easily without the crap Reid added at the last minute.

Talk is cheap for Harry Reid.
