God IS the Creator of free will...

Acting on your free will has consequences, whatever the voice whispering in your ear told you.

morons wanting to establish control over the lives of others... and THAT is what the Founders were dead set against.

Did the voice whisper that to you?

"Whosoever shall be guilty of Rape, Polygamy, or Sodomy with man or woman shall be punished, if a man, by castration, if a woman, by cutting thro' the cartilage of her nose a hole of one half inch diameter at the least." --Thomas Jefferson, A Bill for Proportioning Crimes and Punishments

And what are you, my FRiend? A burned out hippy?

Nope. Just a rational thinker who doesn't react to things like a drama queen.

You have my sincere apologies. My dear, departed mother always told me never to argue with idiots. “They’ll pull you down to their level, then beat you with experience,” she’d say.

Well, I don’t want to get pulled that far down and I cannot even come CLOSE to your experience, so I’ll leave you two victorious on the field. Enjoy.

'Now you come right on back if you ever wanna' try again. But i've told you once you...FRidiot that i'm the best theres ever been.'

Nobody beats me in arguments. I use logic, hence I never lose. But hey, maybe you've learned something from all this...Use logic. Detach yourself from your emotions, and you'll end up sounding less like a liberal. Good luck.

a lot of folks are getting rich buying up medical scripts and then growing for that but selling most of it on black market

that is Trinity County in Kali

if these states were to only sanction-license a few pot farms and have inspectors who gauge crops that would end it(the skirting the law)...aside from corrupted inspectors

I think we would find it easier to just firing all Federal interior enforcement agents. Starting with the DEA, ATF, and FBI. Without their relatively few minions the the Federal Government is rather powerless to impose their lawless(Constitutionally unauthorized) edicts.

Its not like we need theses employees for any legitimate functions. K maybe they could be reassigned to the INS and set to work on immigration and terrorism cases excursively.

The point is the Federal government SHOULD NOT be in a position to enforce it’s domestic edicts without the consent of the people and their States and as they sure don’t have that consent in our Federal Constitution.

IN any case anyone who thinks this case is important need only read that the Federal employees in black robes has already issued their lawless self-serving edict on this matter:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gonzales_v._Raich

The States are rightfully ignoring this lawless edict by the Federal court.

While they have not yet acted to protect their Citizens from this Federal usurpation, that is the next step. which could perhaps be most safely accomplished by the suggested means of “dis-employment” of all Federal domestic enforcement personnel.

wardaddy...after thinking a bit, I’ve come to a conclusion.

LE isn’t very concerned about medical marijuana being grown here.

They are more concerned about the illegals who are using public parks to grow weed.

I had totally forgotten about that...silly me.

Frankly, there’s much that I try to forget out here...lol

To clarify...when I said “illegals”, I meant those who drive I5 up from Mexico to grow pot in untraveled areas, and to bring the meth that Portland has supposedly obliterated.
