Areas with high immigrant density and high levels of crime and social problems are in focus.
In today's opening speech in the National assembly, Prime Minister Lars Rasmussen Løkke described the situation in these problem- areas as "untenable".
Increased police presence and the demolition of particularly crime stricken neighborhoods is the solution offered by Rasmussen.
The Prime Minister has identified 29 districts across Denmark requiring "special measures".
By most people on this planet, we Scandinavians are rather appreciated and considered friendly, agreeable and most tolerant.
We respect other cultures and the only thing we demand in return is that people coming from other societal traditions respect us back.
But to certain Fascists inhabiting the World of today, that obviously means asking for too much.
You refuse to behave as decent human beings on our soil?

And then what... disperse the Muslims who have self-segregated themselves into functioning neighborhoods?
Save money, just drop some leaflets with Mohammed cartoons and let them burn the places down themselves.

People make slums, not buildings. You can destroy the ghettos and the people will make new ghettos in currently functioning neighborhoods.

This is a BAD idea. As long as you keep ‘em concentrated in one spot, you can barricade the routes in or out and bottle ‘em up.

Wow! I never thought I would see the day although I was astounded as we spent Christmas in Copenhagen two years ago. Had not been there for twenty years.
I had never seen so many Muslims at the main train station as were there coming and going. We took the train to Malmo as well. Packed with Muslims.

When I was in grad school English class, a fellow student interpreted a phrase in a Henry James book describing Geneva as “the old capital of Calvinism” to mean that Geneva was a city in a physical country called “Calvinism.”

- Muslims should stay in Muslim areas of the World.
Some of them are ok, but let’s face it; different cultures don’t mix very well.
America is an example of Christians being able to function pretty well with other Christians, just like Europe of today is not charactericed by bloody religious conflicts like it was in the 17th century.
But trying to integrate Muslims with Chistians on Christian soil in 2010 is simply not feasiable. Neither is it desirable.
