Yeah the following from the Mass delegation voted against enforcement - Capuano, Delahunt, Frank, Markey, McGovern, Neal, Olver, & Tierney.
Lynch & Meehan voted for more enforcement.
Hmm.
I see Nelson and Curtis together had way more votes than Linsky. Too bad.
