Police find C4 explosives in lower Manhattan cemetary

Several blocks of the deadly C-4 explosive were found Monday morning in a Lower East Side cemetery, police sources said.
There was no cap or detonating device with the blocks, meaning they could not have exploded.
"But it's still C-4, so it's being taken very seriously," a police source said.

A bomb tech who knows his stuff can tell by a sniff if its C4 or not. This was a drop off I bet, we have two cemeteries that our personal property surrounds at home. We found a $50 bill one time under a rock next to a tombstone after we saw a lot of traffic coming and going through there a few years ago.
