I think it’s just that Amanpour, not being an American, sees this country as this powerful foreign nation that isn’t so great. She takes advantage of it for her paycheck but has no love for it, and thinks we’re all stupid because we didn’t go to good schools n stuff like she did. She runs in ultra-lib international circuits, and that’s really all there is to it.

It’s from the “Let them eat cake” viewpoint. Their policies are successful, as far as the elite class is concerned.

According to her, the US and the world for that matter, would be better off if everyone in the world could vote for the President. They don’t seem to be able to loot the US fast enough, and wouldn’t you know the local yokels would become pesky and interfering. Christine Amanpour thinks she’s smarter than Manhattan Liberal elites; she’s a real pain in the youknowwhere.

Plus, she’s really stupid. Great schools can’t improve a damaged product of conception.

You can put a Euro-trash accent on socialist tripe, but it’s still socialist tripe.

Yes, but she dresses like a man . . . .

I love the safari outfit! She's just so ready to go out "on assignment" ! Wow! I will mos def have to check her out on Tuesday.

Does anyone remember the rumor that she and JFK Jr were having a tryst lo so many years ago? I just can't see that being true - she's about as appealing as cardboard

From her angle, she is right. The regime’s policies are successful. But the people in the regime have to be better in explaining how Marxism/Fascism will be good for us, peons.

Go back to Iran, Christie...I'm sure it's a better country.

This hag rode the “I'm a hot looking, foreign, America bashing intellectual” train until it went off the tracks. Now she is just the new Hellen Thomas. She is looking pretty rough these days.

No Ms. Amanpour. The reality is that your world view is wrong and is actually the hateful non-progressive one. The most progressive nation on Earth, the one founded on those progressive principles of individual freedom, self-determination, personal responsibility, and the power of the individual over the power of government is the US. The voters are simply reminding the sophomoric idiots who hold public office of this fact.

Amanpour needs to go back to Iran where she came from. She would be an outstanding reporter for Press TV.

Bagdad Bob had more credibility. They think common sense and basic addition and subtraction is extreme.

The Soviets had a similar problem with collectivization in the Ukraine, but they were more “successful” because the NY Times was the principal provider of “information” about collectivization at the time. Today we have the Internet to keep tabs on all these MSM dissemblers of “information”.”.

They tape the shows and then all sit around and watch themselves. The MSM is playing to the MSM.

I just remembered her Dem. Husband’s name. It’s Jamie Rubin, a former Clinton staffer who spent some time as State Dept. Spokesperson.
