The day before the midterms, President Obama has nothing scheduled except for the usual private sessions with his advisers. He'll get the daily briefing at 9:45 a.m., and he has a meeting at 11 a.m. with senior advisers, the White House says.

As I’ve been saying here for many moons - no way he’s even going to run for a second term. His ego will have been sufficiently satisfied by becoming Prez (bonus points: first ‘black’), and he’ll happily wander into Elder Statesman status.

OBAMA ... IN: President Obama is taking care of a handful of interviews from the White House, deputy press secretary Josh Earnest tells the pool.
He’ll speak live with Michael Baisden and then tape exchanges with Ryan Seacrest, Russ Parr and Steve Harvey for segments that will be broadcast on Tuesday, the day of the midterm elections.
Obama was interviewed on radio stations in Milwaukee, Cincinnati, and Philadelphia on Monday morning, and he’ll speak with more hosts in Honolulu and Miami in the afternoon, Earnest said..
TICK-TOCK: “We don’t have much time,” Michelle Obama declared to voters on Monday, urging them to get out the vote as her husband stayed at the White House and worked the phones the day before the midterms.
Rallying Democrats for Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid in Las Vegas, Obama told the crowd to round up people who voted in 2008 but “who are planning to sit this one out.”
“You need to tell them that they can’t just vote once and hope for change to happen,” she said. “They’ve got to vote every single time.”.
