NBC News projects that Kelly Ayotte wins the New Hampshire Senate Seat.
Very good!
Why don't they indicate the Party!
I was hoping that Stephens could beat Lynch.
She is a republican......
I thought so, thank you.
Those are just exit polls. It's far from over. CT and DE could go Red. Won't know until closer to midnight (or even later).
I missed CT and DE!!! Did O’Donnell go down??????
Linda McMahon and O’Donnell lost.
Stop it! As Library User just pointed out, these “results” are based upon exit polling (CT and DE). Exit polls are useless. Wait for the actual results. I think we are all going to be far happier then we even dreamed we would be a few hours ago.

CONCORD, N.H. Former Attorney General Kelly Ayotte (AY’-aht), a conservative Republican endorsed by former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin, has defeated Democratic Congressman Paul Hodes (hohdz) to keep retiring New Hampshire Sen. Judd Gregg’s seat Republican.
A fiscal and social conservative, the 42-year-old Ayotte opposes gay marriage and abortion and pledges to cut government spending. She supports repealing recent health care reforms.
Palin endorsed Ayotte in a primary she narrowly won over another conservative supported by local tea party activists.
Hodes, who left his 2nd District seat to run for Senate, campaigned as an independent thinker, but Ayotte successfully painted him as a Washington insider who voted for bigger government and wasteful spending.
They are projected to lose. No official results have been reported in either race. The projections are based on pre-election polling and exit polling.
The house races there look good too.
Unfortunately Governor Lynch won his 4th term.
Thank you!
Makes me ill! Lynch is a MORON!
Stephen’s gap is narrowing (down to 2% diff), with 11% of precincts reporting.

In 1996 they called Bob Smith out, but he won in the end. One can only hope.

She crushed Hodes. He was in congress from 2006 onward and tried for the Senate (Judd Gregg (R)’s seat). She was the state Attorney Genera. Hodes’ old seat went to Charlie Bass (R) who beat a lobbyist. The former mayor of Manchester NH, Frank Guinta (R), beat Carol Shea-Porter (D), the imcumbant.
So, the NH delegation goes from 1 R and 3 D’s to 3 R’s and 1 D. Meanwhile, the Democrats lost the state house and state senate. NH is red again....
