I like how he keeps using “we” all the time. He’s an egomaniac for thinking he can speak for others and he’s a coward for refusing to speak for himself.

That’s because we’re not effete metro/homosexuals who are for gun control.
It’s funny how much they sound like us sometimes. Everyone perceives the other side’s guys as unified and effective and committed and their own guys as too willing to cave.

If I could find the link for it, I would post it, but basically, he started out there, and had a failing out with them (they have since made peace...mostly), but their description of him, seemed to be that he was a hardcore stalinist.....

Frankly I think he’s being cynical. The dems have been remarkably fearless in pushing their agenda through. They knew the public hated most recent legislation and bailouts, and they just plowed ahead. They achieved the goals that they set. We should be so bold.
Parties out of power stick together because that is the only power they have. Parties in power compromise to get coalitions to get things passed. Both parties work the same in this area.
Identify and isolate the communists.
