Received a bid on my condo on Friday from a buyer from California. They are fleeing the state, it seems. We were nosy and looked up their address... they were paying $3200 in property taxes. They'll be paying $1200 here.
Oh, and I got the bid THE DAY AFTER I buried a statue of Saint Joseph. I'm not kidding. I stuck him in a flower pot on the front step since I don't have a yard. Give it a try. Search "Bury Saint Joseph." I did it because my sister-in-law told me she had done that and got an offer within a week. So it worked for her... and for me.
