House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s office is being coy about who paid for a party Wednesday that celebrated the “accomplishments of the 111th Congress.”
The event, according to an invitation obtained by POLITICO, was in the Cannon Caucus Room Wednesday afternoon. It was closed press, and invited guests were “advocacy groups.”
When asked who paid for it, Nadeam Elshami, a spokesman for the California Democrat, declined to reveal who was footing the bill.
“No taxpayer funds or lobbyist money paid for the meeting,” Elshami said in an email to POLITICO.
When pressed further, Elshami said “No taxpayer or lobbyist. What more do you want?”

Information on who paid for it would reveal a lot, and possibly be damning for the Democrats. CAIR? Some Saudi prince? Hamas?
So, while I understand that if no taxpayer money was used that it may be hard to justify demanding info, I think it would tell us a LOT.
That’s why the won’t reveal it. My money’s on Soros.

Perhaps, Eslhami (did she used to work for Amadinejad or have a sister names Huma?) cannot remember which slush fund the money was pulled from. Perhaps SEIU is feeling happy at Election results - or believes Dem's public pretense, the best option. . .
Nancy's clown smile demeanor and MO can no more clearly show, how these people believe and depend on the Marxist wisdom of faking a truth.

I looked up the name on 123People and there's a Nadeam Elshami in Alexandria, VA, in his early 40s.
Found a Stacy Elshami on Facebook with her profile pix in front of the White House with 2 kids, an infant, and a man who COULD be the elusive Nadeam. She also lists her home as Alexandria, VA. Check it out...

That means distilling legislative priorities into key talking points that the speaker and House Democrats can easily communicate to the American people.
Elshami also functions as the speaker’s voice in the press, and he is one of only three people authorized to speak on the record on Pelosi’s behalf (Brendan Daly and Drew Hammill are the other two).
Elshami knows the terrain well. He’s worked his way up Capitol Hill, with stops in the communications offices of some major Democratic players in both chambers of Congress along the way.

They used a government building or a room in a government building so it is our fargin business! Nobody has the authority to use a government office for personal business.

Agreed. My first thought was also about this. You can't have a private party in a govt. office. You can't "rent" a govt. office for personal or private space or a function. So, somehow the govt. had to be involved. If, supposed alleged "private" funds were used to pay for the party and "rent" of the space...which part of the government received the funds? If they did not pay for the space that is illegal use of govt. property.
There is a lie in Elshami's statement, and we know it.
And, what a slap to all other politicians who, in the past, were voted out of office - no Speaker of the House ever threw them an outgoing party. Guess only Pelosi's bunch of loosers were considered "worthy."
Exactly - they want it private ? Take it to a Restaurant.....
