Anything cut will quickly grow back. Killing it is the only answer.

Yeah, piecemeal repeal wouldn’t be necessary if they’d have read and understood the implications of the d@mned thing in the first place. Every time a Democrat proposes a repeal of a section, he is admitting that his entire party’s membership in Congress committed mass dereliction of duty in March 2010.

We have to pass the bill to find out what's in it.

Now that we know, let's just scrap the whole thing.

Max's political life must have flashed before his eyes last Tuesday.

You're still on the 2012 list though, Max old boy.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) said Friday that the 1099 requirement is one of the rare provisions of the healthcare law where the two parties agree that a change is needed.

That's rich coming from Nancy "we have to pass it so you can find out what's in it" Pelousy.

Make them repeal the whole thing, or not at all. Give them NO other options.

1099 filing rule?
Whoa, dude! I didn't think anything was older than 1776. Or maybe 1492.

It would be fun if the R’s basically said that they will vote no on any move that does not involve killing it outright.

I use the word “fun” because this thing is all about entertainment for me now. Complaining about the 1099 rule, or even the entire health care bill is like complaining about the color of the deck chairs on the Titanic. All you can do is laugh.

The problem here for the obamatons in the Congress, they used the charade of the 1099 to create many billions of taxes. Take it out of the law, and their rational for the law being not as expensive as it is goes away.
