BTW: This is NOT the VA AG’s lawsuit on the same issue. That decision is still pending. Liberty University filed this suit separately from the one that the Attorney General filed in Richmond.

The judge in the Richmond case is a G.W. Bush Appointee.

It will be interesting to see if any of the newly-elected Tea Party Republicans will introduce a resolution to impeach the judge for his tyrannical misconception of the Constitution.

"...The conservative Christian university founded by the Rev. Jerry Falwell also claimed the law violates its religious rights by forcing it to subsidize coverage for abortions, but again the judge disagreed. Moon said the law includes provisions that allow policyholders to avoid subsidizing abortion coverage."

How can they achieve that?

Sounds like a fancy term for “racism” to me.

This Judge is an idiot. He has basically said that Congress can require people to buy anything that affects a ‘market’. Nothing makes the health care market special in this regard and under this justification congress could require people to purchase all sorts of things that may be deemed important by congress. What next require people to buy new cars every year because it benefits the auto-industry and thus the employees and thus the nation? Judges like this and people who think like this leave me little faith in anything short resetting the whole damn system. You can’t reason or compromise with those who don’t accept any rules of the game except those they make up to fit their own desires.

Why should they? They are merely representatives, and it should be clear by now that they represent a supine people.

If you want to kill the Tea Party Movement, that would be a great way to begin. Just move to impeach a federal judge because you don’t like a judgment he rendered.

Simple, the government just tells you it was some other person’s money that paid for that abortion.*

*Like they do with their Secure Slushfund (Social Security).
