Make no mistake, I think Assange is a coward and an anarchist. Typical of anarchists, he throws lots of dust in the air (in this case stolen documents, some of which will probably get people killed) but has no solutions of his own. Like the fable of Robin Hood stealing from the (proverbial) rich to give to the (proverbial) poor, Assange is delusional and thinks he is actually providing some valuable service. He's not.

Assange has even been in league with Obama in helping him elect his cousin, the Marxist Odinga, as President in Kenya. During that election, that Obama (then Senator) was helping Odinga with and even bringing in some big name Democrat workers, some documents were released that were damning to Odinga, showing, among other things, he was involved in murders and supported Sharia law. After a lot of bloodshed on Odinga’s part, and Obama campaigning for Odinga, Assange rode in to Odinga’s rescue releasing hacked documents through Wikileaks about Odinga’s opponent. Odinga ended up winning.

I have read these ‘leaks’ several times today and I have a different take than others. These leaks don’t say global warming was manipulated, they aren’t about that, but instead accuses us of attempting to control the debate.
What is the goal of gorebull warming proponents? To redistribute wealth from the US to poorer countries? These leaks give political capital to those smaller countries and they can use this against us.
The leaks show they weren’t trying to ‘twart’ the Climate Change scam, instead, it shows we were trying to corner the carbon market and manipulate laws in our favor. What the leaks show is the assumption was it wasn’t treated as a scam but instead a power grab, and these leaks can be used against us by other countries to claim we were trying to grab the power through various means and control the ‘carbon market’.
In other words, these leaks harm the US, not the gorebull warming proponents.
And what is 'cap-n-trade' all about? IF you think the wealth was going to end up in poorer countries then you believe their propaganda... The wealth was to enrich a few liberals and enslave US most especially the middle class. IT was a globul scam.
I cannot believe that there are some here who are trying to spin this guy as some kind of whistle-blowing hero.
I agree, I may not have been clear with what I was saying. On the global stage, there are powers that want to take this wealth from the United States and reduce our power. Within the US, there are Liberal groups that want to use global warming issue to enrich and empower themselves. These leaks are a fight between these two groups and does nothing to expose the greater fraud.
All the leaks do (and I believe Assange's goal) is empower the UN who is trying to strip power and wealth from the US and take control themselves. This is a weapon for them.
This wasn't an anti-global warming leak, it was an anti-US leak. (yes, it harms some specific libs in our country but the leaks still empower the global marxist, one-world movement.)

I think the ONLY reason some FReepers have supported him is they are part of the Ron Paul cult and anything their messiah says, they follow like sheep without thinking for themselves.
Personally speaking, I much prefer the scam be exposed while the liars and cheats rule, than the 'secret' come out and be used to besmirch 'honest' leadership.
Obviously the powers that be believed they had this scam all set up and in motion before BamBamKennedy's worldly appearance. And maybe just maybe come 2012 enough of the seduction will have worn off that the majority of legal American voters will elect a leader that will tear down the rest of these liberals tower of Babel... DRILL - Baby -DRILL... (No I am not singling out one person.) I just state a purpose that IF followed then we would not be funding these barbarians whose sole mission on earth is to destroy US. We could restart our economy in a flash IF we were not sending multiple billions of dollars each year out of this nation for 'oil'.
The last thing on any liberals mind is the uplifting of the poor. But they will promise the world to any who will bend a knee to them and strip them clean bare of their dignity. I find NO pleasure in seeing ‘poor’ people enslaved because they find hope and promise in the lies of evil people. And I do not resent people who have earned wealth by their own hard work.
I am not ‘poor’ nor do I have ‘wealth’ of worldly possessions. But I do despise the liberal mindset that lies, cheats, and guilts free people into a mindset of enslavement and entitlement, rich or poor.
