Rep. Ron Paul Makes Special Request Of Wikileaks on Fox’s Freedom Watch
Mediaite ^ | 12/04/2010 | Frances Martel

Republican Congressman Ron Paul may be Julian Assange’s most loyal supporter in Congress. Visiting Fox Business’ Freedom Watch– a program on which Assange has been welcome several times– Rep. Paul went to bat for the Wikileaker in the middle of condemning the secrecy of the Federal Reserve, and made a little request of his own: “every conversation of the last ten years with the Federal Reserve people.” Chop, chop, Assange!

Rep. Paul, who is also a regular guest on the program, chatted for some time with the injustices of having a “secret government” like the Federal Reserve with Judge Andrew Napolitano, calling the agency “as unconstitutional as it gets” and its practices “immoral,” “wrong,” “bad economics,” and “built on counterfeit money.” In light of the recent diplomatic cables, however, Rep. Paul seems to have found hope that there is a concrete way to take the Fed down:

“What we need is more Wikileaks on the Federal Reserve. Can you imagine what it would be like if we have every conversation of the last 10 years with the Federal Reserve people and the Federal Reserve chairman, with all the other central bankers of the world, and every agreement and quid pro quo that they have? I mean, it would be massive. The people would be so outraged.”

Interesting suggestion from Mr. Paul. The Fed needs daylight.

“Republican Congressman Ron Paul may be Julian Assange’s most loyal supporter in Congress”

Ron Paul is a loose canon, apparently he’s been drinking too much Kool-Aid.

So instead of continuing to call for the legal audit, he now wants to employ criminals using criminal tactics to get what he wants?

Great idea!

Shed some light on the Fed

3 trillion dollars to prop up domestic and foreign banks from US taxpayers?

Who voted for that ?

I don’t mind this Assange goofball, or anyone else, releasing embarassing info, or anything that cries out for investigation - like what the hell the fed is up to, but any release of classified material that may put our military personnel, intelligence communities, national security, allies, etc. - in other words, lives on the line due to the release, should be met with SEVERE CONSEQUENCES for the leakers.

No Ron Paul is not a “loose canon”. The government of the United States in my lifetime has become as corrupt as any Banana Boat Republic. Our entire Legislature is comprised of a bunch of go along get along, elitist, power hungry sychophants. Democrats and Republicans drink from the same special interest trough. The President of the United States cannot even brag on the hospital he was born at because either he does not know or was not born in the United States. Our financial system is controlled and manipulated by a private banking cartel who at will borrows money that you and I will have to repay from our hard earned wages and then lends it out to foreign banks and private enterprises. The Federal Reserve manipulates our economy at will with no legislative oversight. Do you not know that this country’s banking system is supposed to be regulated by the US legislature not some contrived cartel put together in the middle of the night at Jekyll Island?

Who didn’t know that the Saudi’s want an attack on Iran? Who was shocked to learn that NK was supplying nuclear material to Iran? Who didn’t know that Russia & China have been selling nuclear technology to Iran for years? Who was suprised to learn that our current regime mocks our allies? Who didn’t think the Federal Reserve was giving our TARP money to foreign banks and private companies? The answer is “NOBODY”.

Julian Assange has done us a favor by exposing our government for the corrupt and incompetent creature it has become. Its time to shake things up a little in this country and see what comes crawling out. All Wikileaks did was publish information it received from another source. Assange did not break into anyone’s office or hack into any computers and steal anything. He just shared it with the rest of us and I for one am glad he did.

Wake up!!!!!

Eh, issue I have is if the Gov had it’s druthers, everything would be Classified, which is why I like the wikileaks work, but think it would be better if there were more transparency across the board by the .Gov.

I also believe the wikileaks stuff that pertains to the US Military, the things that the Military has done in the WoT, show the tremendous character of our fine men and women in uniform.

“Even when” they had no reason to think whatever they were doing would never come to light, they still behaved in a manner that should make every American proud of them.

Granted Americans should be and are proud of them already, however when the test came, they passed it with flying colors much to the chagrin of the far left.

Assange is no hero who is doing us favors, nor is he a journalist who gets those protections. He is a criminal and a Soros puppet.

What surprises me is people who claim to be Conservatives supporting this enemy of the United States who traffics in stolen information, is himself a hacker who used to crack into the NSA often, who attempts to manipulate countries, and has stated in various manifestos he wants to take down the US and the West. He is no different than a foreign operative who recruits spies to steal classified information.

Assange has even been in league with Obama in helping him elect his cousin, the Marxist Odinga, as President in Kenya. During that election, that Obama (then Senator) was helping Odinga with and even bringing in some big name Democrat workers, some documents were released that were damning to Odinga, showing, among other things, he was involved in murders and supported Sharia law. After a lot of bloodshed on Odinga’s part, and Obama campaigning for Odinga, Assange rode in to Odinga’s rescue releasing hacked documents through Wikileaks about Odinga’s opponent. Odinga ended up winning.

Assange’s emails through the years, especially on hacker usenet groups shows a deep dislike for the United States and a desire to destroy this country:
http://cryptome.org/0001/assange-cpunks.htm

Assange himself, was a famous hacker who raised hell with the NSA and is suspected by some to be a foreign operative himself.

This is just the tip of the iceberg with this guy that you venerate. Your support is no different than supporting the Rosenbergs or other Soviet spies who stole information.

If Paul uses Assange to hack the Fed, it will destroy the “Audit” movement. Employing criminals for criminal behavior would result in the entire story becoming about the hack, not about the findings. The story can then be shifted to go after those who employed the hackers (Paul). If Assange gets involved, you can kiss a legal, binding audit goodbye.

If all of the conversations, memo’s etc were, in fact, released there would be no need for an official audit.

I’m not interested in what goes on in Kenya. Why don’t you address the information that was “leaked” about the US? Maybe because it didn’t really expose anything we didn’t already know and because it didn’t put our troops in harms way or expose any of our espionage operations. Not that we likely have any credible espionage system left. Especially if some sniveling little low grade grunt can get access to classified documents at will.

Perhaps you should stop worrying about Julian Assange trying to destroy the US and look at the real culprit; the current President of the United States, His Secretary of State and his shadow cabinet. So far they are doing a much better job than Wikileaks.

Don’t blame me and don’t blame Wikileaks. Blame the current corrupt US government.

The Fed had to disclose is $3 trillion skullduggery because Ron Paul managed to get legislation passed requiring these disclosures. Some Kool-Aid.

Don’t think for a second that Obama and Assange aren’t in cahoots. By the way, WikiLeaks has released information that puts US intelligence operatives in danger and the Taliban has even made a statement it will go after all of our informants.

Yes there would because you would have to have an audit to validate it is real, validate it is complete, and get legally obtained information to make legal moves against the feds. Illegally obtained documents just hurt those who obtain them. Look at all the WikiLeaks to date.. the only people who are really in trouble are those who took part in the leaks. Even the subject of the leaks just blow them off.
