A lot of Americans have died because of Obama's escalation of the Afghan War. So much for the claim that he is a "pacifist." Words mean something and a "pacifist" can be defined as a principled opponent of war and violence. Obama does not qualify. Many mothers and fathers of fallen American soldiers in Obama's War can testify to that.
There is far more continuity than discontinuity to Bush on the other issues you highlight. For example, Bush also wasn't able to find Osama in nearly eight years. Does that failure make him a "pacifist?" It is better described in both cases as big government bungling.
You also don't mention that Obama's PARTIAL Iraq withdrawal was first agreed to by Bush in his "Status of Forces Agreement." Even Bush, hawk that he was, knew that we needed to get out of the Iraq quagmire. Obama has simply carried out Bush's SOFA. In fact, in some ways, Obama has fallen short of Bush's SOFA withdrawal goals.
Oh....it should be noted that nuclear South Korea occured during the "anti-appeasement" Bush administration.
As to Iran, there is no evidence, other than a doctored laptop, that Iran is developing nuclear weapons. Flame away.
I meant to say a nuclear North Korea.
